Diane Henderson - E-mail - Diane has 30 years of experience in computer technology and software training. She has worked in many different information technology roles, including web designer, webmaster, programmer, technical writer, trainer, and project manager, which gives her a unique perspective on coaching and presenting software training. She provides practical training, tips, tricks and resources in a relaxed, enjoyable environment to help class participants become more productive. Diane has a BA in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida. She specializes in the following software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Acrobat, and HTML/CSS. |

Suzanne Holler - E-mail - Suzi, the "Web Search Diva," is a librarian, teacher, and trainer by background, and when not engaged in a teaching transaction is usually found beneath a laptop. Her extensive background in both library and technology means she can ferret out answers to most reference and research questions. A published author, her teaching strengths include Internet research and search skills in multiple disciplines; Web 2.0 technology (blogs, podcasts, wikis, tagging, RSS feeds, etc.); Microsoft Word, Publisher, and PowerPoint; and diverse soft skill sessions (management, supervision, diversity, change management, "Boomers and Gamers," train the trainer, and more). |
